Is it really solid brass?
Yes. Every rack is cast and finished from solid brass — not plated steel, not hollow tube, no lacquer. That is why it is heavy, why it will not chip or peel, and why it develops a patina.
What is a living or unlacquered finish?
Bare brass with no clear coat. It starts bright and slowly darkens and warms with air and touch, the same way an old door handle does. If you prefer it bright, any brass polish restores it in a minute. Most customers let it age.
Will it hold heavy coats?
Yes. The hooks are solid cast brass, and the backplate mounts with screws into the wall. Mounted into studs or with proper anchors, each hook comfortably holds winter coats, loaded bags, and wet towels.
What comes in the box?
The rack and mounting screws. You will need a drill and, for drywall, wall anchors.
Can I get a custom width or color?
Usually, yes. Email us before you order with what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible and the price.
Where is it made?
In our workshop in Marrakech, Morocco, by a team of specialist brass craftsmen with more than fifteen years of experience each, designed and supervised by Brassyra.
How long does it take?
Every rack is made to order. Current production and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We replace it or refund you in full, your choice, and cover the return shipping.
Can I return it?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, full refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. See our refund policy for details.
Is the brass safe for bathrooms?
Yes. Brass does not rust. In humid rooms the patina develops a little faster, which most people like.
